Farm shop sells logs, local produce and anything else you might need

Gazebos and Event Tents will require extra space to be booked. Gazebos up to 3m x 3m will be charged at Basic Pitch rate. Event tents up to 5m x 5m will be charged at Standard Pitch rate.

Peak Season Weekends: There is a minimum 2 night booking of Fri / Sat at weekends during April to September and for Easter and early May Bank Holiday weekends.

For the Whitsun (late May) and the August Bank Holiday weekends there is a minimum 3 night booking for the Fri / Sat / Sun evenings. Single nights may be available on the day if there are any cancellations or space left after pre-bookings have arrived.

Payment: The balance of the booking is due in advance. We accept payment by Credit or Debit Cards, Bank Transfer, Cash or Cheques. Cheques are only accepted provided there is sufficient time for them to clear prior to arrival.

Green Discount: Any customer arriving by public transport, bicycle, on foot or by electric vehicle is entitled to a £1 per night discount.

Long Stays: There is a 5% deduction available for stays of 14 days or longer if paid in advance - please get in touch for more details.

Deposits & Cancellations

Please note that a £20 cancellation booking fee will be deducted in the event of cancellation by the customer.

For late cancellations additional late cancellation fees will be deducted depending on the amount of notice given as follows:

For late cancellations with:

  • less than two weeks' notice, 50% of the total amount of the booking will be due;
  • less than one weeks' notice, 75% of the total amount of the booking will be due;
  • less than 24 hours notice or 'no-shows' on the day, the full amount of the booking will be due.

If you leave your pitch earlier than booked, no refunds can be given.

We strongly advise that you take out normal holiday insurance to cover your camping holiday at Stubcroft.
