We are open all year round (except Christmas). Our accommodation includes double, twin bedded / family rooms. (Single occupancy may be available on request) All rooms are centrally heated and have H&C washbasins, Tea and Coffee making facilities, Colour Television etc. A lounge, refrigerator and garden are available for guests use. There is ample off road parking provided and assistance with luggage if required.

Why not leap into spring with our special "Lambing Time" midweek & weekend
B&B breaks.
With spring in the air why not come to the lovely Sussex Coast & help feed
the spring lambs at Stubcroft Farm. Our midweek & weekend April "Lambing
Time" breaks include our award winning "Farmhouse" breakfasts and a chance
to help bottle feed some of the lambs. If you are feeling adventurous you
can even "muck in" and help with the lambing. Stubcroft Farm is situated
within walking distance of some of the South's loveliest beaches & close to
the Harbour & South Downs National Park. During April we are offering a
three night midweek stay including breakfast for £190 for two people (normally £225), a 2 night weekend break for two people (Fri & Sat) for £150 (normally £170) & a 3 night weekend break (Fri/Sat/Sun) for £225 (normally £255)
Weekly Rates: 10% discounts are available for weekly bookings of 7 nights or more – please ask for details
Green Discount: To encourage green travel guests arriving by bicycle, public transport, electric cars or by foot will be given a "green discount" of £1 per night and we can arrange collection by car from the nearest bus stop.
Balance Payment – is due on arrival. We accept cheques with a valid cheque guarantee card (to the value of the card) or cash. We do not take Visa, Credit or Debit cards.
Please note:
During peak season (May - August), there is a minimum 2 night booking at weekends.
Whitsun, August Bank Holidays & Goodwood Festivals there is a minimum 3 night stay at weekends.
