Stubcroft Farmhouse is a secluded Victorian house situated on a working sheep farm close to sandy beaches and Chichester Harbour. The farm is run on environmentally friendly methods; wherever possible we use Fairtrade and Organic products. The B&B has received a 3 star English Tourist Board rating with a prestigious Silver award.

The house has been restored to a high standard with large period rooms, ideal for a relaxing holiday. The rooms are comfortably furnished with hot and cold washbasins, central heating, tea & coffee making facilities and TV. There are always seasonal farming events from lambing to haymaking and harvest and we pride ourselves on a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, our award winning farmhouse breakfasts (see Breakfast page) and log fires in season

We are located close to Bracklesham Bay & the Witterings and within walking distance of some of the UK 's best beaches, dunes and National Trust coastline.

The nearby villages of Bracklesham Bay & East Wittering provide a wide range of places to eat and shops alongside sandy beaches.

There is also the village of West Wittering with its blue flag beaches and over 50 acres of National Trust sand dunes at East Head as well as the conservation area of Chichester Harbour and the rolling South Downs . Chichester, with its cathedral & heritage and Goodwood racetracks are seven miles north and London is just one and a half hours drive or train journey away. Why not hire one of our great mountain bikes and cycle around the scenic Manhood peninsular? Explore the quiet lanes of Chichester Harbour, the Salterns Way cycle path, discover West Wittering beaches & sand dunes of East Head, ride along the Canal towpath to Chichester or across the “Itchy Bosom” ferry from Itchenor to the picturesque village of Bosham.
